Feedback/knowledge is power and don’t you know it: you successfully work with your clients to make their working world better. You invest in a great, lasting relationship with them, usually liaising with their HR contact. Together with your colleagues, you make it your business to understand your clients’ business, which information is needed where employee engagement is concerned and determine which tools and feedback instruments would be most effective. After the employee feedback is collected and analyzed, you finalize each project by presenting your findings. As a result, you’ll empower your client by sharing how he or she can improve the organization from within. 

Ihr Profil

You truly believe that to improve the working world, quality feedback is required. You go that extra mile for your client, are an attentive listener and confident advisor, have a great understanding of how for-profit businesses work and spot (commercial) opportunities. It excites you to connect to different kinds of people, build up a relationship, and maintain that relationship for over a long period of time. Apart from relationship building, you feel confident standing before groups to present findings and facilitate dialogue. You are happiest when you experience freedom in how you reach your goals, are challenged to constantly learn by doing and can work independently as well collaborate with your peers. And… your sense of humor and work ethic work like magic for our team spirit. You speak and write English and Dutch at a (near) native level. We have no managers at Effectory and your high level of self-support, sense of responsibility, initiative, and collaborative spirit make you a perfect match with us. Last, but not least, you offer a minimum of 5 years of (recent) consultancy experience and you have an affinity with HR.


You go to clients on a daily basis so you need to have a driver's license.
