THIS IS YOUR JOB
In this role you are one of the most important people in the company! Without you we're not able to work with the applications that we need every day.
You are responsible for maintaining the following applications: WFM, Zendesk, Nmbrs and Teleform. Besides that you will be the back-up for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM specialist, so you will get to know this application aswell.
You make sure our people know how to make full use of applications. When we get stuck, you are the person we go to. The 1st and 2nd line incidents will reach you through the ticketing system. You have the skill and knowledge to solve these issues. If there is a major incident you will contact the supplier and together with them make sure it gets solved. If there are issues that keep coming back, then it is up to you to come up with a long-term solution. In this role you also pro-actively educate Effectory about applications by organizing workshops or creating user manuals.

You love to work with applications like CRM Dynamics, Zendesk, WFM (Microsoft Project Online), Nmbrs and Office 365 (trust us, this is only the beginning). You stay updated on the latest trends and know how to excite us to use the solutions you discover. We are not looking for a senior specialist, but a good year of experience in the field will make the job more fun for you (and for us). You will be part of a small team called the Future Hub. They are looking for an extra set of hands to solve issues and ensure our software is the best it can be. So we are the best we can be.
You will keep in close contact with your colleagues as well as our IT suppliers. We are an international company and your great communication skills, in both Dutch and English, will make life easier for all involved. Last but not least, you are comfortable to work independently. Of course you are part of a team, but instead of managers, we have shared ambitions!
