In this job you have the kickass responsibility to follow up on HR trends and develop an innovative, yet effective HR strategy to strengthen Effectory furthermore and make us the once in a life time employer for our employees. When initiating changes or projects in the full spectrum of HR, you do your utmost to be distinctive and progressive, but at the same time you keep it simple and effective. You are used to thinking along in the strategy of the organization and submit the link to the best HR direction and, by extension, the projects that arise from it. From the way you act and make your choices we would like to recognize an HR architect who knows how the execution can best be done and takes a fair share in the implementation of all HR Projects.


The annual base salary for this role is approximately 70,000, based on your qualifications. In addition to that Effectory's employees benefit from the company's profit through a profit sharing scheme. 



Digging into the field and tackling HR projects with the team, we need your support in coaching your less experienced colleagues in the team like no other, especially your side-kick (medior) HR Projects & Change Manager. Besides that, the team consists of energetic and ambitious colleagues who love recruiting and advising our employees about HR topics.

You can say you’ve been in the game for a while but that doesn’t mean you’re played out. Without top-down boundaries, you’re not only here to play along, you’re in it to make a change! We would like our candidate to be experienced in advising on a tactical and strategic (HR) level and translate this into HR projects. We would love you to come from a a startup/ scale up environment, maybe even self-steering like we are. Your extensive HR experience is very much appreciated, but your personality is the cherry on the cake for us: we love a positive can-do attitude, confident, critical even a bit stubborn from time to time (but able to explain why), social and passionate. You feel comfortable speaking and writing in English and Dutch. What we see is what we get. You know the importance of effective communication, managing expectations and you truly know the meaning of feedback, because for us, it means the world!
