THIS IS YOUR JOB

You could call yourself the driving force of our commercial team: you more than sort of know everything that is going on and make sure you keep everyone busy. Using channels like LinkedIn, email and phone and following up on other creative initiatives, you establish and maintain contacts with prospective and existing clients, schedule appointments for your team members and ensure all parties involved are provided with the necessary information for calls and meetings to go well. On a daily basis, you proactively hunt for prospects and determine ‘yes’ or ‘no’ on whether it would be worthwhile to arrange an appointment with our Sales Consultant or, after the deal is closed by him or her, one of the Consultants in your team. You communicate persistently and respectfully with contacts of all hierarchical levels in the organization of a (prospective) client.


THIS IS YOU

You are a confident conversation starter with a commercial backbone and a winning spirit with 2-5 years of relevant work experience. You have affinity with HR and workplace engagement and are a great multi-tasker with attention to detail and result. You have enjoyed higher level education and show a proven track record doing similar work and using a wide range of information channels and inventive methods to get the information you need. You excel at engaging people, have a smooth writing style and you are not afraid of winning people over. Moreover, you are at home in a dynamic work environment where we continually respond to the market and the needs of our customers. We have no managers at Effectory and your high level of self-support, sense of responsibility, initiative and collaborative spirit make you a perfect match with us. Since you will be supporting our team as well as international customers, you write and speak at least C1 level English and know just enough Dutch to get through the day.
