 THIS IS YOUR JOB

Using channels like phone, e-mail, LinkedIn and Xing to reach our prospect clients, but also following up on creative initiatives so you can establish and maintain contacts with prospective and existing clients. You'll start up a conversation with contacts of all hierarchical levels in the organization of interest and discuss which challenges they're facing. It is up to you to find the link between these challenges and our products and convince them how they can help their organization perform better. It is up to you to determine ‘yes’ or ‘no’ on whether it would be worthwhile to arrange an appointment with our Outside Sales Consultant. If yes, the next step for you is to schedule appointments for your Outside Sales team members and ensure all parties involved are provided with the necessary information so to nail all calls and appointments.

Your target group mostly consists out of HR professionals at different levels in big organizations in the Netherlands. Most of the time they have shown interest in the services of Effectory by requesting information on our website. But you'll also be approaching prospects who aren't familiar with us yet. So, you should be comfortable with both warm and cold approach and monthly targets. You will work closely with the Marketing team to determine which target groups, branches, and markets might have potential. After that, you'll help them with setting up campaigns and creative ways to attract interesting traction so that Marketing can generate good leads for you. You have a growth hacking mindset and you enjoy taking initiatives. You will participate in meetings and brainstorm with team members. While doing this, you are part of an international self-managing commerce team with set monthly goals and will work closely with your colleagues from Outside Sales.

THIS IS YOU

You have enjoyed higher-level education and have 1-3 years of relevant work experience. This means that we're open to hiring someone for who this is their first job. But, we we would prefer it if you would have some (relevant) work experience.

You see opportunities everywhere, excel at engaging people, have a smooth writing style, always keep track of your administration in CRM and you are not afraid of winning people over. You also like challenges and personal targets. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and you get a kick out of getting new clients on board. You have to be able to listen, gather information and translate this into Effectory's products. We have no managers at Effectory and your high level of self-support, sense of responsibility, initiative, and collaborative spirit make you a perfect match with us. You are a team player and you have the ability to prioritize effectively. Since you will be focusing on German speaking clients, you write and speak German at a (near) native level. And last but not least, you are a great multi-tasker with attention to detail and result.
