Regional Marketing Manager

THIS IS YOUR JOB

As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all of the marketing activities of Effectory in Germany. From making strategic marketing plans to writing text for an ad... We trust on you. Effectory has its headquarters in Amsterdam from where we cater to clients across the globe. We've been the market leader in the Netherlands for a while now and next up on our target list is Germany. That's why three years ago we merged with Logit and opened an office in Munich. Now it's time to get some Marketing 'boots on the ground' and conquer the German market!

As our Marketing Manager you will have a very broad scope. Together with the Commercial Director and your Marketing colleagues from the Amsterdam office, you will develop a marketing plan that touches all disciplines of the marketing field. The goal of this plan is to create brand awareness among your target group (HR professionals) and generate leads. You are a key-player in achieving our goal to make the working world in Germany a better place.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support creating a strategic marketing plan in cooperation with the Director Commerce in Germany and the Head of Marketing and Growth;
  • Implement the strategic marketing plan and translate it to day-to-day activities;
  • Set up and improve the marketing funnel;
  • Generate and manage high quality leads;
  • Define and manage the Effectory brand in Germany;
  • Organize events and represent Effectory on events;
  • Oversee and develop marketing campaigns;
  • Create content and search engine optimization;
  • Write posts, build and manage LinkedIn and Xing campaigns.

You will receive support from the marketing team of the Amsterdam office, which comprises a Head of Marketing and Growth, Growth Hacker, SEO & SEA Specialist, Digital Marketeer, Brand Marketeer, Database Marketeer, Event Marketeer and a Graphic Designer.

THIS IS YOU

You bring at least a year of fulltime working experience within the b2b marketing field. You can set-up and manage a marketing strategy but at the same time love doing hands-on work. Writing ads, building campaigns and organizing events is not a problem for you and you always make sure that these activities result in high quality leads for your marketing funnel. You have a proactive attitude towards your Sales colleagues and make sure that they follow up the leads that you've nurtured with so much love. Working in an international scale-up environment where not every process is set in stone brings the best out of you. You know good content when you see it and you have a good feeling for language. It goes without saying that your German and English is excellent, and this results in high quality texts for all internal and external communication.
