Senior System/Network Administrator

Job description



As a senior system/network administrator, together with your team you are responsible for the daily management and maintenance of our ICT environment as well designing and migrating ICT with a cloud-first strategy. Every day, your goal is the availability and flexibility of all applications and systems within the organization. Here you switch effortlessly between ICT projects, small changes, incidents, migrations and optimizations.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Management of systems and network capacity and security measures, where you will work with:
    • Cisco / Azure / Checkpoint network
    • On premise Hyper-V environment
    • Microsoft Advanced Threat Prevention
    • Azure AD hybrid SSO environment.
  • Monitoring if security levels are in accordance with the ISO 27001 ISMS data classifications.
  • Designing and migrating on premises ICT to Azure cloud.



You are an all-rounder with an eye for detail. You optimize the infrastructure and are responsible for resolving ICT issues, including those related to security. In addition, your work experience and seniority (at least 5 years) allows you to design and implement new ICT projects independently. 


You have excellent knowledge and/or demonstrable skill in monitoring, managing, troubleshooting and maintaining:

  • Windows server 2012/2016/2019
  • Office 365
    • Exchange 2010 Hybrid
  • Azure Cloud technology
    • Azure VNETS
    • ADFS 4.0
    • Azure AD connect
    • Azure Application Gateway
  • Checkpoint NGTP Firewall
  • System Center Suite
  • Remote Desktop Services
  • Routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi solutions and Azure Networking.
  • Cloud PBX Telephony, Microsoft Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Powershell (are advantages)
