As we expand our operations in the DACH region, we are seeking a versatile and dedicated colleague to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist and Office Coordinator. 

The Customer Support Specialist and Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction for German customers and maintaining smooth operations at our Munich office. This multi-faceted position combines customer support responsibilities with office coordination tasks and project administrative work. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients within the DACH region on our SaaS platform, while also ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Munich office. 


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the DACH region, providing exceptional customer support in German through different channels (phone, email, ticket system).
  • Assist clients in effectively utilizing the Effectory platform, answering product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with the global customer support team and local project assistant and client success team to escalate and resolve complex client issues promptly.

Office Coordination

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and colleagues.
  • Manage inventory, organize trips for colleagues, food & beverage, office drinks, etc.
  • Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and workshops.

Project Administrative Support

  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new client accounts on our SaaS platform, ensuring accurate onboarding and user access control.
  • Support clients in creating surveys, collecting feedback data, and generating comprehensive reports.

THIS IS YOU

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred. 
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in German speaking customer support or client-facing roles is advantageous. 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • A technical aptitude for learning new systems. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English is a must. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in customer support and administrative tasks. 
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. 
  • You are business proficient (CEFR: C2) in German (this is a must), fluent in English and preferably live in or around Munich. 

For this position it is required to be in the office regularly. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate who lives in or around Munich.
